When the toll card system is switched on and functioning, tolls will be charged automatically when driving through a toll booth. The charge will be confirmed by an acoustic signal. The charges will be relayed via a spoken announcement and also shown on the navigation system screen together with the location data.

Notes concerning odours in air conditioned vehicles
If the evaporator emits unpleasant odours, clean the
evaporator.
Volkswagen has tested and approved the ultrasound A/C
cleaner -VAS 6189A- as well as the suction feed spray-gun -V.A.G
1538- with the appropriate spray probe.
