Removing and installing hinges

–  Lower moulded headliner in area of hinge mounting → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
–  Moulded headliner can now be lowered sufficiently to allow hexagon nut -4- to be unscrewed without damage occurring to moulded headliner.
–  Loosen hexagon nut -4- and bolts -2-. Do not unscrew completely.
  Note
–  Unscrew hexagon nut -4- and bolts -2-.
–  Pull out hinge -1-.

 
Installing

Hinge -1- installation is carried out in reverse order of removal.
