start the respective function → Vehicle
diagnostic tester. |

| Torque wrench -V.A.G 1331- |
|
|
|

Remove adaptive cruise control unit -J428- with retaining
plate -3-. |
| – |
Disconnect electrical connector -2-. |
| Install in the reverse order of removal, observing the
following: |

Calibrate adaptive cruise control
→ Chapter. |
| → Chapter „Overview of fitting locations – adaptive cruise
control, variant 2“ |
