Removing and installing front centre armrest
Removing and installing front centre

Front seats in foremost position |

Remove trim at rear of centre console
→ Chapter. |

Carefully release side trims of centre console at rear from catches,
and push them slightly outwards. |

Using suitable pliers, push locking lugs -1-
outwards -arrow A- and
-arrow B-. |
– |
Pull front centre armrest -2- upwards
out of centre console -arrow-. |
– |
Bend locking lugs -1- back into their
original positions. |
– |
Engage front centre armrest -2- in
respective mountings in centre console. |
Further installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. |

and safety warnings A radar sensor is fitted to the front bumper to monitor
the traffic situation . Vehicles travelling ahead can thus be detected up to a
distance of approximately 120 m.
